I am continually baffled at how high the prices are and how low the quality is....
Every single pair of maternity pants I own suck. They don't stay up and the material stretches but doesn't go back. I've got a new pair of pants (so I KNOW these aren't all stretched out because they've lived through an entire pregnancy with me already) that were so so cute when I first put them on but then by the time I got to work, they were all stretched out like how gap jeans seem to stretch out after you've worn them a little while. TEH SUCK.
Haaaaa! A few years back I tried to return a pair of Gap jeans for that very reason. "I wore them once and they're all stretched out!" The manager looked at me like I had 3 heads.
And I never bought another pair of Gap jeans.
But considering what you pay for maternity pants, and how long you end up wearing them, they really should hold up. I guess it's good news that soon you will be bigger and they may fit better. :)

I'm a big fan of Heidi Klum's Lavish line, although it's way too pricey.
